To Change the date time format follow the below steps:

1. Open the Control Panel (icons view), and click on the Region and Language.
2. Under the Formats tab click/tap on the Additional Settings button.
3. Click/tap on the Time tab, and change the time formats to how you want them displayed.
4. Click/tap on the Date tab, and change the Date formats to how you want them displayed.Like dd/MM/yyyy Or dd-MM-yyyy Or MM-dd-yyyy etc.
5. When finished, click/tap on OK.
6. Click/tap on OK.
